How to report a claim

Please contact the office on 0141 427 7722 or email claims@greenwoodinsure.co.uk with brief details of your claim – we will then log the new claim and issue the relevant claim form which is to be completed along with any other specific instructions or advice we have to offer depending on the circumstances of your claim.

Horse Insurance Claims

Claims are handled by our team here in the office – our aim is to work closely with you, your insurer and any other parties (vets, repair garages, tradesmen etc.) to ensure your claim is settled as quickly and smoothly as possible. We are available throughout the process to discuss any issues and get involved to ensure a satisfactory outcome for you in the unfortunate event that you need to make a claim.

Please contact the office on 0141 427 7722 or email claims@greenwoodinsure.co.uk to report your claim, We will aim to respond by return during working hours and will assist you in each stage of your claim from reporting to insurers through to final settlement.
